Should I use a lower concentration kit?

This depends on your mouth and teeth’s sensitivity. The effect from the three kits will be the same, it’s just the time it takes to achieve this effect that will be different. However, don’t take this lightly – a lot of people find out about this, and decide that bleaching with a high concentration kit is the only way to go. Don’t! If your mouth is too sensitive, a high-concentration solution will affect it very badly and may even cause damage.
